  “This guy is a 5-star loser. Made my mother-in-law cry. You don't lecture to customers you're being paid to take care of. You also shouldn't malign them to their relatives. Come to find out the system he put in her home was far from new. Not only is he not helpful and arrogant but he needs to be told it's not 1960. The things he says and does are simply unacceptable today.”
