  “I was assigned this company by my warranty company. The office called me promptly to schedule service. The tech even gave me a 30 min cc before arriving. Tech fixed my issue on first visit. Tech was very knowledgable and courteous!! Would recommend to anyone :)”

  “All Safe Electric is an unreliable service. I've had them assigned to my home warranty service request 2x, and both times the electrician did not call within the window of time they said they would call. Dispatch only comes up with excuses, never returns messages, and closes the office before their advertised open times.”

  “My Warranty co also sent out this co to me. The worker that came out was very late and then acted like he had better to do. When I scheduled the repair that needed to be done and they did not show up!!!! When I finally got ahold of somebody at the office after many unanswered messages calls I was told that I was not on the schedule. No one mentioned an apology or if I would like to reschedule. When I complained and mentioned that I will call an onther company I was told, That's fine! the nerve.

  “the warranty company gave me these guys, who gave me a HUGE time window, so I had to take off of work to be available. Then they never bothered to show up or call. After having the warranty company called them, I was told to sit tight because they were running late and were on their way. 6 hours later I requested a new company... It doesn't surprise me that they have nothing but negative reviews and an F from the BBB.”

  “They were called out from our Warranty company. The guy took one look at our stove outlet, said he would have to check with the warranty company and then asked my wife to pay for the visit even though he did not do anything. Warranty company won't assign a new electrician and he won't return anybody's calls.”

  “THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. THEY CAME AND FIXED A SWITHC AND IT STOPPED WORKING WITHIN MINUTES AFTER TECH LEFT. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET. NOONE SHOWED FOR THE APPOINTMENT. BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS DONE FOR TWO MONTHS.”

  “I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY NEVER SHOWED. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO SAY THEY WERE NOT COMING. WHEN I CALLED THEM I GOT A VOICEMAIL THAT WAS FULL. I TOOK OFF WORK AND WAITED 3 HOURS ALL FOR NOTHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO USE. ALLSAFE ELECTRIC IS A JOKE!!!!!!!”
