  “I want to thank Charlie with AAES for all his help! Our A/C went out and he came out at 9:30pm! He not only tried repair the meter in the dark, he called me the next day to make sure that TXU had responded to our emergency call. He was SO helpful in expediting our permit that was needed from the city to replace the meter. I was very pleased with his service!! Thank You!”
