  “I had a new house built, and Brothers did the electrical work, and the tech. prewire, to incluse CAT 5, phone jacks & Suround sound. They failed to hook up the phone line ( their part not the phone companies part ). Then blamed everyone else untill I called them on it, but then pleaded its friday we cant do anything about it. There is a GFI that wont hold a load in the kitchen, and their employees dont seem to know how to read plans. They improperly placed all bedroom phone jacks, and after doing a flat screen prewire over the fire place put the center speaker on a wall 90 degrees off. If you are buying a Richmond American home in the Deleware valley ask who is doing the electrical and watch them like a hawk. When it does come time for customer service do not expect them to get right on it, most likely it will be days before they can see you.”
