  “I called about a simple outlet not working in my house..The women on the phone seemed pleasent and said they could have someone out immediatley..Great..The Electrician arrived in uniform very well mannered at first..He took a brief walk through the house and pointed out some other suspected problems..Sounded good till now..We sat down.He pulled out a book with emmense paper work and began giving me quotes..Too fix one outlet not working he told me it was going too cost $300 for some diagnosis and an additional $150.00 for a new outlet plus tax!!!What...Granted he did present himself well and it was a shiny truck but almost $550 for one outlet?Then he procided too tell me that my panelbox was no good and immediatley needed repair..Its a year old house i'm thinking..So with that I kindly asked the man too leave ..He then said well I could work with the price..After that I was getting suspicious..I said no thank you and asked him too leave..Now for the brief 15 minutes he was there I was charged a $65.00 service fee for coming out with no repair..I cant tell you there quality of work, there all together appereance seemed well but very high priced..I had another company come out took him 5 minutes and cost me $35 bucks and he even fixed a beeping smoke detector..Thats my review..Very expensive and if the prices were lower I probably would have used them..Just got that car salesmen feel from the whole company..Hope this helps..”
