C & M Electrical Service “Accepted a job in Oct. 2007 and has not begun in Mid Jan. 2008”

Cannon Electric Co “ I was referred to Cannon Electric through my home warranty. The electrician called and said he'd be at my house in 45 minutes. I rushed to get things ready. After 2 hours, he arrived. He knew what my problem was prior to the phone call. He immediately walked in and said I needed to flip the circuit. When I told him I had done that he replied, You have to do it when it is dry, because it had rained the last few days. He flipped it, told me I needed to caulk the outside electrical outlets, and then was ready for his $75 payment. \n In my opinion, had he been a man with integrity, he would have told me to retry flipping it over the phone before he had come out. However, it was more important for him to get $75 than provide actual customer service. Had he told me this over the phone, I would have been a customer for life. The least he could have done was caulked the thing for that price. \n Overall, he was rude and unprofessional not even providing a receipt. \n At least it allowed me to see what type of people the home warranty company deals with and I will not be renewing the contract with them. \n \n”
