The Lake County Electrical Apprenticeship and Training Center is sponsored by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 697 in partnership with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). We are searching for highly motivated, dependable, hard-working individuals interested in a career in the electrical construction industry. Our 5-year apprenticeship requires a full-time commitment while receiving classroom, as well as on-the-job training. Successful candidates can expect to work on residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects within Lake and Newton Co. Indiana.
